1. Do you provide legal advice?

   No, we do not provide legal advice. However, due to our experience of working with the state, and negotiating "the red tape" of government, we are able to get your documents processed in the most efficient and expedient manner possible. We know the administrative rules of how documents are processed, enabling us to file & retrieve your documents quickly. Our close relationship with the states ensures our clients are notified of changes in processing times, administrative rules, and legislation in a timely manner.
   
   Although First Corporate Solutions cannot provide legal advice, we process thousands of documents annually and can alert you to potential problems of a document before it ever reaches the state office for filing, saving you and your client valuable time and money.

   Our Secured Party Business Development Reports are available to provide specific market insight. Data provided is the debtors' names and addresses by secured party. We can tailor the report to cover specific geographic ranges for debtors or secured parties as well as time periods.

6. How can I monitor our accounts' public record activities once we have provided the primary funding?

   First Corporate Solutions has an Account Monitoring service that can monitor your debtors' names on a frequent basis for tax liens, judgments, UCCs, Bankruptcies and other pertinent documents. Alerts are faxed or e-mailed immediately upon discovery.
